People are a little concerned regarding Imran Khan suggesting what to do for the people of Kashmir.

As the tension regarding the Kashmir issue builds, a lot of flack has been falling on the shoulders of Prime Minister Imran Khan as people all across the globe look towards him for the resolution regarding this conflict.

Last night Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed the nation about the Kashmir issue and how to tackle it

One of the things he wanted every Pakistani to do was stand in solidarity with Kashmir for 30 minutes every week.

He wanted people to take time out every week from their schedules and stand in protest for Kashmir

Quite a few people appreciated the prime minster talking about Kashmir and asking people to support the people. While the thought is sweet and will show the solidarity of Pakistanis towards the people of Kashmir.

People have quite a few questions about this strategy by the Prime Minister on Kashmir

For them, Imran Khan didn’t address the concerns or what is going on on a policy level about Kashmir. Some asked what the government was doing on a policy level to tackle the issue. Whether there was a plan or were they just waiting for the UN or another foreign body to tackle the issue.

As of right now, the situation in Kashmir is still volatile. Pakistan has appealed to various international forums, most notably the UN for help regarding the Kashmir crisis and the violation of human rights the Indian government is carrying out in the region but there has yet to be any real condemnation and consequences against India regarding the whole situation.
