Ever since the news of the Gulistan-e-Jauhar stabber has been making rounds, women have been afraid to take to the streets. A blanket of fear seems to have enveloped Karachiites. While some believe that a serial killer may be on the loose, others are speculating that a terrorist organization may be involved.

While the entire case is baffling and horrific at the same time, the fact that women are being targeted has angered many Karachiites. Moreover, the fact that the authorities have, allegedly, yet not been able to identify and arrest this man has also left many people infuriated.

However, through all the panic and confusion, women in Karachi are uniting in protest against the stabber.
