A new kind of trend has emerged out of Karachi and this one isn’t for the faint- hearted. They made your regular pan special by adding an extra twist: literally setting it on fire. “Panwaari” in Bahadurabad and Defence serve some incredible kinds of pans for not only food lovers but for some real gastronomic dare devils.

Known as the Ice Fire Pan, these servers set the pan on fire before gently nipping it as they serve you a mouthful. The result is proper badass feels~

The Ice Fire pan gets its name because despite being on fire, the pan is cool AF ❄?

This is possible because one of the popular ingredients “Lawng” that is set on fire.
