Actors Minal Khan and Ahsan Ikram’s Mayun event took place last night and safe to say, it looked straight out of a desi fairytale!

The ravishing with a dash of classic event, arranged by The Event Planet, painted the hall in hues of yellow and orange, adorned with the traditional mayun decor including gajray and floral arch.

Famous event photographer – Maha’s Photography – covered the mayun and created a thrilling curiosity in eager fans by sharing bits of the décor on her Instagram story and feed. 

Like the dholki, Minal Khan opted for a minimalistic look for the mayun, choosing a bright yellow ensemble paired with heavy jhumkay and a dainty gold choker, and topped off the look with white gajray bangles. 

Ahsan was seen in a black Humayun Alamgir kurta matched up well with a striking yellow overcoat. 

Minal’s twin sister, Aiman Muneeb Butt, wore a matching yellow outfit while her adorable daughter – Amal Muneeb – looked delightful in a yellow gharara. 

Aiman’s husband and fellow actor, Muneeb Butt, also opted for a black kurta.

Minal Khan and fiancé Ahsan Mohsin also posed with their family and friends in a close embrace.

The event was a star-studded affair as many of Minal Khan and Ahsan’s close celebrity friends – including, Areeba Habib, Kinza Hashmi, Amna Ilyas, Saboor Aly and fiancé Ali Ansari – joined them in their celebrations.

The couple (and friends!) looked like they had the time of their life while dancing their hearts out!

The wedding will take place tomorrow and the valima on September 12. We are excited to see the wedding attire Minal Khan will opt for! Here’s wishing the couple the absolute best.
