Without a doubt, Mo Salah is one of the most loved athletes in the Muslim world.
The professional football player was recently awarded the ‘Golden Boot,’ for scoring 22 goals this season making him one of the top scorers in the league. And though it was quite the day for Salah to celebrate, another little player took the spotlight instead.
Mo Salah’s four-year-old daughter took to the pitch and scored her very own goal.

The cutie patootie daughter of Salah was with her Father in Anfield when she ran in to take the goal which she did with absolute perfection and it was just SO ADORABLE. Football fans in the audience even riled her up by rumbling throughout the stadium until she was able to get the ball right into the net and let out a roar of applause.
Of course, Dad Mo Salah was watching his little girl from afar,

Just another way for us to confirm that Mo Salah is one of the greatest in the game and we can’t wait to see what other adorable antics he has up his sleeve. With recent comments from Shahid Afridi keeping his own daughters from playing the sport, it is nice to see a lighter and more supportive side of women growing in the environment of sports.
And though Afridi claims to have his reasons, let’s hope that we continue with a Mo Salah style narrative with little girls scoring goals right into their own professional leagues. Also, motion to bring his daughter to literally every game thank you so much.
