Chakor Ventures is an aspiring real estate builder of Pakistan, aiming to develop creative and opulent commercial developments across the country. Founded and co-chaired by Mr. Abbas Khan, Chakor Ventures plans to transform Pakistan’s real estate market with its historic undertakings.

The brand is built on a commitment to quality and excellence, with several initiatives currently in progress; Citadel 7 being the most recent to launch in Islamabad.

A CDA-approved development, Citadel 7 is Blue Area’s next best commercial project. This high-rise skyscraper, with its many floors and cutting-edge structure, is unlike anything the city has ever witnessed. This vertical construction will feature a 5-story retail mall and 14-story corporate offices. This project’s guiding philosophy is to offer a range of corporate spaces to established and aspiring entrepreneurs.

We are thankful to Chakor Ventures for such an effort, other private companies should also come forward and play their part in maintaining the true sportsmanship in the country.
