So, Apparently Donkey Milk Is The Same As A Mother's Milk For Babies

By Ather Ahmed | 20 Sep, 2017

We’ve all heard stories relating to donkey meat being circulated in the media for quite some time now. Apparently, certain restaurants in Punjab were serving donkey meat, passing it off as either beef or mutton. Donkey nihari, in particular, became the talk of the town. Since then there have been raids and whatnot to put an end to this practice. People were arrested, eateries were shut down and strict checks were imposed by the authorities. Let’s just say, we are all glad it’s over. But it appears that there is another unorthodox use of ‘gadha‘ being endorsed by some.

Rani Aapa who has totkay that rival Zubaida aapa‘s, was a guest on a morning show and basically said that it’s actually beneficial to drink donkey milk

Actually, she said that it is the closest chemical compound to human breast milk

According to Rani Aapa here, donkey’s milk is far more beneficial than cow, goat and camel milk. She suggests that babies who for some reason are unable to get mother’s milk should be fed donkey milk instead.

She even went on to describe it.

It’s much lighter than your average cow and goat milk

Donkey milk has far less ‘chiknai‘ also

But she did say that donkey meat is off limits, so gotta give her that.

Naturally, some people couldn’t swallow such an idea. Faisal Qureshi, the show’s, host for starters was taken aback
