‘Kapoor & Sons‘ looks to further elevate the careers of actors Siddharth Malhotra (4 movies old), Alia Bhatt (5 movies old), and our very own Fawad Khan (2nd Bollywood movie release).

As previously established in ‘Khoobsurat’, Fawad Khan is the main source of temptation / eye candy, as Alia’s character refers to him as “hot” – making their interaction slightly awkward.

Ratna Pathak Shah returns as Fawad’s mother after his Bollywood debut in ‘Khoobsurat’, opposite Sonam Kapoor. Shakun Batra’s returns as director, after his appreciated debut, ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’. And, you will not recognise Rishi Kapoor!

Look forward to the movie releasing on 18th March 2016 (our censors should not have any issue with Fawad’s pretend “kiss” with Alia).

On a side note, Fawad Khan will also be seen in Maulta Jutt 2 with Hamza Ali Abbasi. Can’t wait to see Bilal Lashari’s sequel/follow up to the original Maula Jutt (and hundreds and thousands of other unofficial Sultan Rahi / Shaan sequels to the ghandaasa genre).
